These are standard license terms for commissioned photographs. Unless you have other terms in writing, these are the terms that apply to the use of all photographs. In case there are any questions, I always retain full ownership of all copyrights, and grant you the rights listed below:

NOT INCLUDED: Direct mail, magazine / newspaper advertising, other forms of print advertising not listed above. These license grants are NON-EXCLUSIVE. I retain the right to use and display the photos as I see fit. Also NOT INCLUDED is the right to resell photo licenses -- including those described above. Inquiries regarding the use of photographs by third parties must be directed to me.

If you need to use the photographs in a manner not listed above (direct mail pieces, advertisement in newspaper or magazines, unsolicited editorial stories, etc...) please contact me for pricing.

Your acceptance of my photography services (the photo shoot itself) constitutes your full agreement to these terms. Any adjustments to the contract above must be made in writing, and include my signature.
