Go (D-Love Down n Dirty Mix) [lofi only]

Observer

I wrote this for the Moby "Go" remix contest, and then changed my mind about entering, because I didn't like the legal terms. The photo is titled "Observer". Enjoy. If you want to use this song in any context, you'll need to contact me first, so we can clear it with Moby/V2. This lofi version here is my first drum and bass remix.

I am a full time professional photographer in Salt Lake City Utah. I have been using SLR cameras for 15 years, and working with digital images for 8 years. I built the first digital photo lab on Oahu. I co-founded the SparkArts: Digital Arts Festival -- an annual event held in Salt Lake City Utah. I manage the photography and music competitions for the event, and I am a guiding force behind the vision and goals of the SparkArts organization. I specialize in commercial and editorial fashion, glamour, and nightlife photography.

Music

Dilvie caught the electronic music bug in the demoscene during the early 90's. His primary influences at the time were demoscene legends, synthpop and new wave bands of the 80's, videogame music, and industrial bands. In the mid 90's, Dilvie began to pay a lot more attention to DJ's when he was exposed to the fluid mixes of local and national talents in the rave scene. You might hear Dilvie's music on dancefloors, TV, a large number of podcasts, or in a wide variety of independent DVDs and videos. With millions of downloads of his royalty free tracks circulating the globe, you never know where they'll turn up!

Recently, Dilvie has united his passions for photography and electronic music, serving as Salt Lake City's most in-demand nightlife photographer. Having shot nightlife photos for DJ Times Magazine, V2 Productions, and top talents like DJ Craze and Rabbit in the Moon, his photos have become a familiar and much loved facet of Salt Lake City's nightlife community.
